How do I  find a supplier that I have worked with in the past? 
To find a supplier, type in your supplier’s name into the search bar (upper right). Alternatively, you can search using “Find Suppliers.” If the supplier does not come up using either method, you can invite the supplier to register using the Supplier Self-Registration guidance.

What is the equivalent of DV in Workday?
The equivalent of a DV in KFS is now a Supplier Invoice and is used for the same actions. 

Where can I find the supplier registration link?
The supplier registration link is available through Workday and can be found in the Workday Menu under Maryland Procurement & AP, on the landing page, in the Supplier Self Registration tile, or in the Forms and Policies tab. (Note: Campus units no longer register suppliers. For instructions on how to invite a supplier to review this job aid.) 

What is the correct process for purchasing software with a Pcard, including those that do not have a software license agreement? 
Every software purchase involves an agreement, including those that just require electronic signatures. Software licenses that are less than $25,000 whether paid for on a PO or via Pcard should be submitted to Procurement for review, negotiation, and signature using the Delegated - Supplier Agreement Requiring Approval or Consulting Agreement Requisition Type in Workday.

Can accidental cancellation of Pcard transactions be restored in Workday?
Yes. A member of the Travel and Card Services team will have to reset your transaction(s). Please email pcard@umd.edu with the cardholder’s name and the transaction(s) that were canceled. The team will reset it for you.
